WHAT IS A VSC?

A Virtual Service Corporation (VSC) is a company that contracts to provides customer service (CS) leveraging home based agents. The company can provide CS in all areas including Direct Response (DR), chat, scheduling services and order processing.

A VSC provides individuals with training to be able to service the clients that agents are assigned too. In addition, VSC agents service many fortune 500 and 1000 companies.
Many people who are looking for home-based opportunities are stay at home parents, students, retirees, etc. The VSC provides individuals with the flexibility to balance home life with a career.

ADMINISTRATION

FEES

There is withholding of 10% of the total bi-weekly earnings as a service fee.

EARNINGS POTENTIAL

Although there are no guarantees, many VSC agents make anywhere from $8 -12 hourly. Many of our clients pay per minute for talk time and some offer flat hourly rates, and others pay per call. Several clients offer sales incentives and bonuses for up-selling various products which could bring the hourly rate up to as much as $25 hourly.

TRAINING

Training is a requirement for any agent assignment. Many of the training programs range between two and four weeks, in some cases additional training time may apply. Some of the training courses are free and others have training fees associated.
